Default 27" Wuhans still available?

They used to be offered along with all the other sizes. All of a sudden, they stop appearing. I want one. Where should I look? Thanks

never knew they offered a wuhan in 27" but i do know that you can get 24" at www.drumgearonline.com

Saluda makes a 27" which you can also get the above mentioned website.

hope this helps...

maybe if you post at cymbalholic they could help you out.

Default Saluda: Take a Ride!

Dave's photo don't really do the MONSTER 27" justice.

For a perspective view of this MUNGO ride go to Dav'e website.

It's that BIG china in the middle of an EVEN BIGGER drum set.

Dave: That photo you sent me with just cymbals on a rack is not saved on this PC.

BTW: Saludas Rawk

Thanks. Yes, Wuhan did used to offer a 27" China, but the Saluda appears to be much the same type of cymbal. I wonder if they aren't all made at the same place. (?)

Anyway, thanks again for the link. I'll probably be oredering one.

I had a long talk with Jamie about Saludas being made by Wuhan. **This has been alleged by another poster in another thread on another forum**

Saluda doesn't have it's own foundry to cast cymbals, they get what looks like a cymbal from various sources ALL OVER the world. This is made to Saluda specs and is only the start of a Salada Cymbal. They then lath and hammer as to get the sounds desired. He was very specific in his assurance to me that Saludas are NOT Wuhan with a different logo.

They will even Relath and hammer to get the SPECIFIC sound(s) you want. Just tell Jamie when you order and you WILL get what you ask for....at a seriously low price too.

**I think the low prices tend to be a "red flag" for some drummers. This is too bad because now is the time to get some killer pies at killer prices.**

I've heard a lot of talk about Jamie helping people out with cymbals. He seems like a great guy. How do you get in contact with him? Does he also run Drum Gear Online in addition to Saluda? All this talk about Saluda has finally convinced me, I'm ready to take the plunge and buy some cymbals.
