Guys,
I am looking for a compliment to my 16" Sabian AA china. I'd like a bigger, darker, trashier (quick) china.

Which model and size should I go for?

Think of this: Ever hear the best of Steve Miller? The drummer used an old pang cymbal with a crack in it. "Keep on rockin me" "take the money and run" have that nice, trashy cymbal all through them.

Yeah the Wuhan was a good one! I tried some at the last drumshop I visited.

They won't have the same flavor. I noticed the wuhan China have a very different flavor than other Chinas.

This is a good thing, but it wasn't "the" sound I was after in this case.

Wuhan was not expensive, but this voodoo was $79 shipped.

I bet that AA is bright, high pitched and quick!

The 19" Voodoo is very different animal. It's dark and trashy with much more of a "china" sound than the AA.

Yep, the AA is on the bright side of Chinas...not intense, but definately not of the really dark flavor...

I loved the sounds of the Saluda chinas in Daves solo thingy. And $79, is pretty damn cheap, which is always good for a tight wad like myself.
