Thanks for fessing up about that.

While I know that Ray has "called the poll", etc., the fact that the poll was open to "outside influences" only reinforces just how ineffectual and/or farcical the running of the build-off was.

I would hope if there is a similar competition in the future that those controlling it, treat the whole thing with a different attitude.

That said, I wish all those who have made it throught to the end "all the best".

I think that not extending the deadline is the fairest thing to do. Every contestant knew what the deadline was. There is no one else to blame for not completeing. It's not like anyone lost an entry fee...

I think this contest was GREAT and I really hope the few hick-ups we ran into here at the end doesn't hinder this type of stuff to take place again, because if there is another buildoff in the future, I'll be building for sure...

OK. I meant for the "extend" poll to only be for the contestants.

But, now that you mentioned it, I DID, when setting up all the contestants areas, allow anyone to vote on polls (with the idea that a poll might be usefull).
