Alright, that's it!!! - I'm gonna start selling my body to raise funds for a plane ticket...

The Mahavishnu Project will perform with original Mahavishnu Orchestra keyboardist, Jan Hammer at MoogFest 2006 on June 22nd at BB King's in New York City. Jan first saw the band perform at Vishnu Fest in New York last summer and has asked The Mahavishnu Project to accompany him in this, his first American performance since his 1991 tour with the late, great Tony Williams.
Jan will receive a Lifetime Achievement award and perform music from "The First Seven Days", The Jan Hammer Group's "Oh Yeah?", Jeff Beck's "Wired" and Miami Vice. Also appearing will be Keith Emerson of Emerson, Lake & Palmer and Jordan Rudess of Dream Theatre.
