if you dont feel like spending $8 for a foam cone just make your own like i did.

i started out by cutting 5 2" circles out of some foam with a hotwire i built last year and then glued 5 circles into a tower...

after that i set the hotwire to cut at an angle to cut the ...um, towers into cones

they came out really well...better than i thought they would

i used a rubber type glue...hot glue just melted the foam and super glue just dissolved the foam as well

They did come out really well.

It's just that I would wonder how many cones you can buy for the
price of the hotwire machine.

Yeah, really thats what I was thinking.

Maybe you can sell them to help DIY electronic builders out? :)

sounds like a great plan :D

i would sell them at $2 each and then shipping charges from priority mail...something like $3

I'll just put them in my ebay store...ill have to pick up some more foam first...ill get that tomarrow

the hotwire machine cst me $0

just bodged a dew parts from my electronics box and made a table for it from scrap wood in the shop
