triggering

im new to triggers... do you know if you can patch right into a mixing board from the trigger and use it to add sample using a plug in from a computer... to clear it up:
drum... gets hit... drum trigger is plugged into computer.. (does it make a wave signal to add samples to?)

I am pretty sure you need the module, regardless of the application. Otherwise there would be nothing to translate the vibration into an actual musical note.

yep the trigger must go through a module first then it can go through a mixer and waht not

if you want sounds off your computer, try:

Trigger on drum -(1/4" cable)-> Module -(Midi/usb adapter)-> sampling program
